- Pour the almond milk into the blender.
 - Add the banana, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and ice cubes. If using, add the Greek yogurt.
 - Blend on high speed for about 30–45 seconds, until completely smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla to preference.
 - Pour evenly into two serving glasses.
 - Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a vanilla wafer.
 
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana.
To make it vegan, use maple syrup and a non-dairy yogurt.
For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Refreshing on its own, or pair with granola for a more filling treat.
