- Prepare your ingredients by peeling the banana and cutting it into chunks.
- Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut water (or orange juice), and Greek yogurt into the blender.
- If you want extra sweetness, add honey or agave syrup. For added fiber and nutrition, add chia seeds.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a more frosty consistency.
- Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed by adding additional honey or juice.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan smoothie, use plant-based yogurt and agave syrup.
You can use fresh fruit instead of frozen, but add more ice to achieve the desired thickness.
Try garnishing with fresh pineapple wedges or a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
