- Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh berries.
 - Add strawberries, yogurt, banana, and milk to the blender.
 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
 - Taste and add honey if you desire extra sweetness. Blend briefly to combine.
 - For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
 - Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
 
Notes
For extra nutrition, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed before blending.
