Method
- Prepare the fruit by hulling the strawberries and chopping the mango.
- Add strawberries, mango, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more honey if desired for sweetness. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of more orange juice or cold water and blend again.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a vegan option, replace Greek yogurt with a dairy-free yogurt and use a plant-based sweetener.
You can use frozen strawberries or mango for a thicker, colder smoothie.
To increase protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
For a citrusy twist, add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
