Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt For a vegan option, replace with dairy-free yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes About 6 cubes.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 2 Serving glasses

Method

  1. Prepare the fruit by hulling the strawberries and chopping the mango.
  2. Add strawberries, mango, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes on top.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and add more honey if desired for sweetness. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of more orange juice or cold water and blend again.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a vegan option, replace Greek yogurt with a dairy-free yogurt and use a plant-based sweetener.
You can use frozen strawberries or mango for a thicker, colder smoothie.
To increase protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
For a citrusy twist, add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
