- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them in half.
 - Peel and slice the banana.
 - Add the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) to the blender.
 - Add ice cubes on top.
 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
 - Check the consistency. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more ice for a thicker result. Blend again if needed.
 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk and a dairy-free yogurt or skip the yogurt.
For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.
You can substitute frozen fruit for a colder, thicker smoothie and skip the ice.
Adjust sweetness by increasing or omitting honey depending on your taste and the ripeness of the fruit.
This smoothie works well as a breakfast, mid-day snack, or a healthy dessert.
