Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This classic strawberry banana smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet. It’s a perfect quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout treat that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup ice cubes About 8-10 cubes.

Method
 

  1. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in halves.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Add the strawberries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and ice cubes to your blender.
  4. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey if desired.
  6. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt or use frozen strawberries.
To make it vegan, use plant-based milk and a dairy-free yogurt.
You can add a scoop of protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds for an extra nutrition boost.
Leftovers are best enjoyed immediately, but you can refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Stir well before drinking.
