- Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
- Hull the strawberries and cut any large ones in half.
- Add the banana chunks, strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a bit more honey if needed.
- Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or use frozen bananas.
To make it dairy-free, use almond, soy, or oat milk, and replace yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
You can add a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed for extra fiber and nutrition.
Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used; if using frozen, you may not need ice cubes.
