- Rinse the spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
 - Peel and slice the banana.
 - Place spinach, banana, frozen pineapple, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) into the blender.
 - Add the ice cubes on top.
 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 60-90 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
 - Taste and add a little more honey or sweetener if you like it sweeter.
 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
Use frozen banana instead of ice for a thicker, creamier smoothie.
Substitute coconut milk or oat milk for almond milk, if preferred.
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseed for extra fiber.
For a protein boost, add a scoop of protein powder.
