Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced About 120g
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes Optional, about 6-8 cubes

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 2 serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Add the raspberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey to the blender.
  2. If you want a thicker, colder smoothie, add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Taste the smoothie; if you want it sweeter, add a little more honey and blend briefly again.
  5. Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint for flair, if desired.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt with any plain or vanilla yogurt.
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
Swap honey for maple syrup or agave for a vegan option.
