- Add the pumpkin puree, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, ice cubes, and salt to your blender.
 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
 - Optional: Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream for a treat.
 
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and ensure maple syrup is pure.
You can swap almond milk for any milk of your choice.
For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
To make it thicker, use frozen banana or add more ice.
