- Add the pumpkin puree, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, maple syrup (or honey), pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender.
 - Blend everything on high speed for about 1–2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For extra creaminess, use frozen banana instead of fresh.
You can substitute coconut or dairy milk for almond milk.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a dessert-like touch.
Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt and sweetener.
Great way to use leftover canned pumpkin.
