- Wash the plums thoroughly. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and chop into chunks.
 - Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
 - Place the chopped plums, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
 - Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a bit more honey.
 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately, garnished with an extra plum slice if you like.
 
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk, and maple syrup as a sweetener.
To make it more filling or boost fiber, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed before blending.
If you prefer a chilled, thicker smoothie, freeze the fruit before blending.
