- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and chop the banana, and cut the pineapple into chunks if using fresh fruit.
- Add all ingredients—pineapple, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, ice cubes, and chia seeds if using—into the blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately while cold.
