- Add the sliced bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract (if using) into the blender.
 - Add honey or maple syrup if a sweeter smoothie is desired.
 - Toss in the ice cubes.
 - Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Blend again for a few seconds if you add anything.
 - Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
Substitute almond butter or cashew butter for a different nutty flavor.
For extra nutrition, add a handful of spinach or 1 tablespoon of chia seeds before blending.
Use frozen bananas for a thicker, colder smoothie.
Omit yogurt for a dairy-free option.
