Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe peaches Pitted and sliced.
  • 1 ripe banana Peeled.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Preferably freshly squeezed.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional.
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes About 6-7 cubes.

  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 2 Glasses

Method
 

  1. Prepare the peaches: Wash, pit, and slice the peaches. If desired, remove the skin for a creamier texture.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender. Place peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes in the blender jar.
  3. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  5. Pour the smoothie equally into two glasses.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
You can substitute frozen peaches for fresh ones to make the smoothie extra cold and thick.
For added nutrition, toss in a handful of baby spinach or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
This smoothie is best consumed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours; stir well before drinking.
