- Prepare the peaches: Wash, pit, and slice the peaches. If desired, remove the skin for a creamier texture.
 - Add all ingredients to the blender. Place peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes in the blender jar.
 - Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
 - Pour the smoothie equally into two glasses.
 - Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
 
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
You can substitute frozen peaches for fresh ones to make the smoothie extra cold and thick.
For added nutrition, toss in a handful of baby spinach or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
This smoothie is best consumed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours; stir well before drinking.
