Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 medium banana, peeled Ripe.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla.
  • ½ cup orange juice Fresh or bottled.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup ice cubes Optional, for a thicker smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 2 Glasses for serving

Method

  1. Wash the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits. If you’re using frozen peaches, you can skip this step.
  2. Cut the banana into chunks.
  3. Add the peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  5. If you like a thicker, colder smoothie, add the ice cubes and blend again until fully incorporated and no large ice pieces remain.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
You can use canned peaches (in juice, not syrup) if fresh or frozen are unavailable. Drain before using.
Add a scoop of protein powder for a protein boost, if desired.
Garnish with peach slices or fresh mint for a pretty presentation.
