Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp Fresh or frozen, about 4-5 medium-sized passion fruits.
  • 1 large banana Peeled.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Plain, unsweetened.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed or bottled.
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 2 glasses for serving

Method
 

  1. Slice the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Remove any large black seeds if desired, but leaving some seeds adds a nice crunch and authentic flavor.
  2. In the blender, combine passion fruit pulp, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, orange juice, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
  5. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
  6. For an extra icy and thicker texture, use frozen banana slices.
  7. If you prefer seedless smoothies, strain the passion fruit pulp before adding.
  8. You can swap Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
