- Slice the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Remove any large black seeds if desired, but leaving some seeds adds a nice crunch and authentic flavor.
 - In the blender, combine passion fruit pulp, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, orange juice, and ice cubes.
 - Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness by adding an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
 - For an extra icy and thicker texture, use frozen banana slices.
 - If you prefer seedless smoothies, strain the passion fruit pulp before adding.
