Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed Ensure papaya is ripe for best flavor and natural sweetness.
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Fresh or bottled.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, to taste.
  • 1 cup ice cubes About 8 small cubes.

  • 2 drinking glasses

Method
 

  1. Prepare the papaya by peeling, seeding, and chopping it into cubes.
  2. Add the papaya cubes, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Blend everything on high until smooth, creamy, and the ice is fully crushed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan smoothie, use plant-based yogurt.
You can add a splash of lime juice for extra tang.
Top with chia seeds or granola for extra texture and nutrients.
