- Peel and segment the oranges, removing any seeds.
 - Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
 - Add the orange segments, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) into the blender.
 - Add the ice cubes and pour in the water or orange juice.
 - Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
 - Taste. Add more honey/maple syrup if a sweeter flavor is desired, and blend again briefly.
 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt (like coconut or almond yogurt) and maple syrup instead of honey.
You can add a handful of spinach for a vitamin boost; it won’t change the flavor much, but will change the color.
To make it extra cold and creamy, freeze the banana beforehand.
Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the most vibrant taste.
