Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 medium-sized banana About 120 g.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) About 125 g.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 240 ml.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 4-6 pieces ice cubes Optional for a thicker smoothie.

  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 2 Medium glasses

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk to the blender.
  2. If you prefer your smoothie sweeter, add the honey or maple syrup.
  3. For a thicker, colder smoothie, add the optional ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a bit more honey or syrup.
  6. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt with a non-dairy yogurt to make this smoothie vegan.
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds for an extra health boost.
This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours but is best enjoyed fresh.
Customize by adding spinach or kale for extra greens.
