Method
- Peel and chop the mango into small cubes.
- Place mango, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), lime juice (if using), and ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 40-60 seconds.
- Taste and add more honey if desired. Blend again briefly if added.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
- Optionally, garnish with additional mango pieces or a slice of lime for presentation.
Notes
For a dairy-free smoothie, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
You can add a pinch of ground cardamom for an Indian touch, or a small banana for extra creaminess.
If you like a thicker smoothie, use frozen mango chunks instead of fresh.
Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of the mango.
