  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice Optional for a touch of brightness.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 2 Serving glasses

Method

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes, removing the pits.
  2. Add the diced mango, Greek yogurt, cold milk, honey (or maple syrup), and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Optional: Add lime juice for a touch of brightness.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding a little more honey if desired.
  6. Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with a mango wedge or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk, and substitute honey with maple syrup or agave.
Frozen mango can replace fresh; simply reduce or omit the ice cubes.
Add a handful of spinach for a nutritional boost—flavor will remain bright and mango-forward.
