- Peel and dice the mangoes, removing the pits.
- Add the diced mango, Greek yogurt, cold milk, honey (or maple syrup), and ice cubes to the blender.

- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding a little more honey if desired.
- Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a mango wedge or a sprig of mint if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk, and substitute honey with maple syrup or agave.
Frozen mango can replace fresh; simply reduce or omit the ice cubes.
