Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or dairy milk)
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cubes ice

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt, banana, frozen berries, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by blending in more honey.
  4. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  5. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Swap in your favorite fruits (such as mango or pineapple) for variety.
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds for added fiber and nutrition.
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add more frozen fruit.
