- Wash grapes thoroughly and remove any stems.
- Add grapes, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie (optional).
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, if desired.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
