Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups seedless grapes fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium banana peeled and sliced, about 120 g
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, about 120 g
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk about 120 ml
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional for thicker texture, about 6-8 cubes

  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Spoon
  • 2 Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Wash grapes thoroughly and remove any stems.
  2. Add grapes, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie (optional).
  4. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, if desired.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
  7. For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
  8. If using frozen grapes, you can skip the ice cubes.
  9. Try adding a few mint leaves for a refreshing twist, or a scoop of protein powder to boost nutrition.
