Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed frozen fruit Such as strawberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries.
  • 1 cup orange juice Or apple juice.
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup cold water As needed for desired consistency.

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen mixed fruit to the blender.
  2. Pour in the orange juice and yogurt.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if you’d like extra sweetness.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add cold water, a little at a time, and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use any blend of frozen fruits based on your preference or what you have available.
For extra protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
