- Add the frozen mixed fruit to the blender.
 - Pour in the orange juice and yogurt.
 - Add honey or maple syrup if you’d like extra sweetness.
 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add cold water, a little at a time, and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
