Method
- Thoroughly wash all fresh produce. Peel and chop the cucumber, core and chop the apple, and peel the ginger.
 - Add spinach, cucumber, apple, pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and coconut water to the blender.
 - Add the ice cubes on top.
 - Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is completely smooth.
 - Taste and adjust lemon juice or ginger to your liking if needed.
 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
 - For extra fiber, don’t peel the apple if you like texture.
 - Swap coconut water for filtered water if preferred.
 - Add a handful of parsley or cilantro for a deeper detox effect.
 - To sweeten, add 1-2 teaspoons of raw honey or a pitted date if desired.
