Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (10 ml)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup to taste (5-10 ml)

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 2 Serving glasses

Method

  1. Prepare the fruit by slicing the banana and measuring out the frozen pineapple and mango chunks.
  2. Add the coconut water, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana slices, and fresh lime juice to the blender.
  3. If you prefer extra sweetness, add honey or agave syrup.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water and blend again.
