- Slice the banana if using fresh fruit.
- Add coconut milk, banana, pineapple chunks, and ice cubes to the blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you like a sweeter smoothie.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Blend again briefly if you added more sweetener.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- Garnish each glass with shredded coconut if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold.
Notes
You can substitute other sweeteners or skip sweetener altogether for a lower calorie option.
For an extra-cold smoothie, use all frozen fruit and omit the ice.
Add a handful of spinach for a green boost without changing the flavor much.
