Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas Peeled.
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Or milk of choice.
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Or non-dairy alternative.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 2 Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Add the bananas, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add extra honey or cocoa powder if needed, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into two serving glasses.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture.
  6. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas instead of fresh.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a banana slice for presentation.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
