- Add the frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into the blender.
- If you prefer a frosty smoothie, add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie; if you'd like it sweeter, blend in additional honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a few extra cherries or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or another plant-based yogurt.
Fresh cherries work if you pit them and add extra ice cubes.
To boost fiber and omega-3s, add a tablespoon of chia or flax seeds before blending.
This smoothie is also great as a base for a smoothie bowl—just reduce the milk for a thicker texture.
