- If using fresh cherries, pit them first.
- Add frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or maple syrup as desired.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Using frozen cherries gives the smoothie a thicker, frostier texture.
Substitute regular milk or another non-dairy milk if preferred.
For extra protein, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.
To make it vegan, choose a plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
