- Wash the celery, green apple, and cucumber under running water.
- Cut celery into small pieces. Core and chop the apple. Slice the cucumber. Peel the ginger.
- Add celery, apple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, water, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or agave if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
- For added creaminess, consider blending in half a frozen banana.
- Optionally, add a scoop of protein powder for an energy boost.
- Adjust the water amount based on your preferred smoothie thickness.
- For extra fiber, do not strain the smoothie.
