- Place the frozen blueberries, peeled banana, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into the blender.
 - Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, frostier texture.
 - Secure the blender lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend for a few more seconds if you add more sweetener.
 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For an extra nutritional boost, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed before blending.
If you prefer a dairy-free or vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
You can replace honey with agave syrup or date syrup for different sweetener options.
