Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular yogurt for a lighter texture.
  • 1 cup milk Use dairy or plant-based milk.
  • 2 teaspoons honey Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 banana For extra creaminess.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional.
  • a few ice cubes Optional, for a thicker smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 2 Glasses for serving

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, banana, honey, and vanilla extract (if using) into the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
  5. Optional: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, though it’s best enjoyed fresh.

Notes

You can substitute regular yogurt for Greek yogurt for a lighter texture.
For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt and your preferred plant-based milk.
Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutrient boost without changing the flavor much.
