Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Can substitute with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan smoothie.
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) For added sweetness.
  • 4-6 cubes ice (optional, for extra chill) For a thicker, frostier smoothie.

Method
 

  1. Prepare all your ingredients. If using fresh berries, wash them well. Peel the banana.
  2. Add the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter smoothie.
  4. For a thicker, frostier smoothie, add the ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding a bit more honey if needed.
  7. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use any combination of berries you like.
Substitute the yogurt with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan smoothie.
Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients—the berry flavor will still dominate.
