- Prepare all your ingredients. If using fresh berries, wash them well. Peel the banana.
 - Add the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
 - Add honey or maple syrup if you want a sweeter smoothie.
 - For a thicker, frostier smoothie, add the ice cubes.
 - Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness, adding a bit more honey if needed.
 - Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes
You can use any combination of berries you like.
Substitute the yogurt with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan smoothie.
Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients—the berry flavor will still dominate.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Stir before drinking.
