- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the blender.
- Peel the bananas and add them to the blender.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
- Add the lime or lemon juice.
- Top with ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
To make this smoothie vegan, use maple syrup instead of honey.
Garnish with chia seeds or a few mint leaves for extra flavor and nutrition.
If you use frozen banana, you can skip the ice cubes for a thicker texture.
