Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece ripe avocado Approx. 200g.
  • 2 medium ripe bananas Approx. 240g.
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Or milk of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the blender.
  2. Peel the bananas and add them to the blender.
  3. Pour in the almond milk.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
  5. Add the lime or lemon juice.
  6. Top with ice cubes.
  7. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend again.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
To make this smoothie vegan, use maple syrup instead of honey.
Garnish with chia seeds or a few mint leaves for extra flavor and nutrition.
If you use frozen banana, you can skip the ice cubes for a thicker texture.
