  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Use an extra teaspoon for sweeter smoothie.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes Use more for a thicker texture.

Method
 

  1. Wash and core the apple. Chop it into small pieces for easier blending.
  2. Add the chopped apple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon level if desired.
  5. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
  6. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add an extra teaspoon of honey or syrup.
  7. For a thicker texture, use frozen apple slices or add more ice.
